Frozen Yogurt - Guilty pleasure!

Frozen yogurt bars has been very popular in the US for the last few years and they have certainly won me over.
My favorite place is The Yogurt Spot, you can find them at 5th and Lamar in Austin. They have over 13 different yogurt flavors and many toppings to choose from. My combo this weekend was vanilla and cockies'n'cream yogurt topped with fresh strawberries, peanuts and a little bit of crumbled Oreo cookie. Guilty pleasure for sure! This is a better option for the love handles...minus the Oreo cookie and the peanuts that is...
