I love this combo, all my colors! Pastels is a favorite, I'm in luck this season.

Southern Sunday

This morning we were invited to a Gospel brunch at Threadgills. This is as Southern as it gets. 

I'm pretty neutral when it comes to religion. But did feel like I did my Sunday Church duty this morning.
Who would have thought I was gonna sing and holler AMEN while having brunch?

-Yea, me neither...but it was pretty cheerful.

The little things...

This just arrived with the mail man. Swedish salty licorice and Löjrom (Swedish bleak roe). 
My Friday is made! The little things mean so much at times...

Spring in the City

In Dallas for the week. Today we went to the Dallas Arboretum for the first time. It is a huge botanical garden by the White Rock lake, so beautiful. Josephine went wild and ran all afternoon long. She loved telling us all the beautiful colors of all the pretty flowers. Everything is in bloom and you can tell it's spring in the city!
